While PlanetDAO manages investment and shared ownership, Planet Labs oversees the development and management of cultural and historical assets structured as independent limited companies. Through partnerships with local operators, we facilitate infrastructure development, accommodation operations and community coordination.

I began operating an experience-based platform for inbound travelers at Gaiax Inc. in 2018, focusing on community-rooted experiences and event-based entertainment. In 2021, I helped establish “CryptoBase,” a coworking space in Shibuya for Web3 entrepreneurs, while also speaking at various conferences. I founded PlanetDAO in 2023. I’m originally from Higashi-Osaka, Osaka Prefecture.
Jun “Wassan” Ishikawa
Co-founder / Director
As the former Director of GaiaX Global Marketing & Ventures, a subsidiary of Gaiax Inc., I led new business development initiatives. Since relocating to Ama-cho, I’ve been exploring ways to live sustainably in harmony with nature and the local community, while also engaging in regional revitalization efforts and winemaking. At PlanetDAO, I focus on building relationships and negotiating with local stakeholders. I’m originally from Kanonji, Kagawa Prefecture.

With over two decades of experience in digital media, I’ve worked in Taiwan and Singapore, and am now based in Tokyo. My expertise spans markets including Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and India. At PlanetDAO, I bring a global perspective and deep media know-how to help shape innovative solutions and build meaningful connections. I’m originally from Taipei, Taiwan.
Masahiro “Massan” Takamoto
Asset Development / Aggregator
After working across various industries, including Suntory, Apple Japan and Rosetta Stone Japan, I led digital transformation and regional revitalization projects at Mikle Inc. I also serve as a board member of the Hirameki Foundation. At ADDress Inc., I focused on strategic location development while living a multi-base lifestyle. At PlanetDAO, I am responsible for discovering and developing new assets for future projects, and for building the local foundation needed to bring them to life. I’m originally from Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture.
Natalia Davydova
Branding director
Joined Gaiax co.ltd. in 2000 and established the web design division in 2002. In 2015, created the branding division and has overseen Gaiax’s corporate branding since then, while occasionally collaborating with Gaiax’s businesses and investees. Supports PlanetDAO venture in the capacity of designer and web developer, providing ongoing back office assistance from Gaiax, the prime investor in PlanetDAO.
Niko Lanzuisi
Visual content creator
2005 HKU art academy graduate that has worked consistently in video production and commercial photography. Joined the branding team of Gaiax co.ltd. in 2017 and oversees most of its visual content and on occasion that of its ventures. Specialised in communicating concepts and emotions where words fall short.
